Yahoo Store Coupons & Conversion Rate (most important metric!)

(1) Good luck with your mission.
(2) Coupon Codes can KILL Conversion Rates on Yahoo! Stores (imho) because people who DON'T have a coupon see the coupon code box and feel like someone else is getting a better deal. I've seen pretty good stats on before & after removal of COUPON BOXES and affects on conversion rate. Varies from site to site, though!
YAHOO STORE WORKAROUND #678 - How about saying (in the THANKS FOR YOUR ORDER message something like "Thanks for your business! Bob theJanitor will give a free bottle of Splash&Dash ($28.98 retail value) for any repeat orders within 30 days from this order. Just mention BOB'S BUSHY MUSTACHE in the comments field and Bob (or Joe) will take care of it.
YAHOO STORE WORKAROUND #523 - We've also used a box on the SHIPPING-FORM that says something like
(3) Ask me about FREE GIFTS and increasing conversion rate 20-100%. Wow. It's a pretty good Yahoo Store Hack
